Our UKRobotaxi business will operate an extensive Branch network throughout the UK. Our mission is to provide high quality lower cost Driverless Robotaxi services to the local population. Each Branch will be equipped with the resource required to support a local fleet of Tesla vehicles. Essentially cleaning, charging and maintenance as required.

As a Fleet Owner Operator we will also provide Rider support through In-Car communication and remote monitoring and vehicle/passenger recovery. We will operate as a localised Fleet within the Tesla Robotaxi fleet.

Tesla have committed to all Tesla Owners that they will be able to submit their personally owned Cars to the Tesla Robotaxi Fleet. An owner will be able to send their Car 'Out To Work" and earn an income from the number of Paid Passenger carrying Miles. In return Tesla will take a Commission of between 20% & 30% of Gross Revenue. The exact 'Tesla Take Rate' and Price per Mile has yet to be confirmed so the exact Income & profit opportunity is difficult to define precisely, although given the low utility rate of a privately owned Car, the idle time spent parked could be a new source of Income that could exceed the monthly payment cost of car ownership.

Whilst UKrobotaxi.com will own and operate its own fleet from multiple Branches we are also planning to provide access to our planned local resources and services that might enable and enhance the Owner experience of submitting their Cars to the Tesla Robotaxi Fleet. The exact detail and pricing of these enabling Shepherd Services will be clearly defined as we approach launch.
We are keen to understand what percentage of Owners are likely to submit their cars to the Tesla Robotaxi Fleet to earn money and if the availability of Shepherd Services could influence that decision.
